Breaking the Silence Around Mental Health

Mental health struggles often go unseen. Too many people feel isolated, afraid, or unsure where to turn for help. Jacob Fullarton Non-Profit for Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention aims to change that—by raising awareness and advocating for stronger mental health advocacy.

Jacob's Story: The Reason We Advocate

On November 1, 2024, we lost our 22-year-old son, Jacob, to suicide.

Jacob had recently graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Behaviour. He was kind, joyful, deeply loved, and full of promise—sharing happy messages and photos from a dream trip to Japan just weeks before his passing.
